Background

“Sohabil” is a platform that mediates between businesses and tax organizations, automating the submission of business invoices to tax authorities. It ensures compliance with local tax laws, reduces administrative workload, and prevents tax errors. With secure data transmission, real-time tracking, and a user-friendly interface, businesses can efficiently manage and submit invoices for tax reporting.

Problem

1. Manual Invoice Submission: Businesses had to manually submit invoices to tax authorities, a time-consuming process prone to human errors like incorrect data entry or missed deadlines.

2. Complex Regulatory Requirements: Keeping up with ever-changing tax laws and ensuring that all invoices met legal requirements was difficult, increasing the risk of non-compliance and potential fines.

3. Inefficient Data Management: Without a centralized system, tracking, organizing, and storing invoices for tax purposes was cumbersome, often leading to lost or mismanaged documents.

4. High Administrative Costs: Managing tax compliance required significant resources, including staff time, to handle the paperwork, resulting in increased operational costs.

5. Businesses struggled to send multiple invoices at once to the tax organization due to the lack of a bulk submission feature. This resulted in time-consuming, manual uploads for each invoice.

Solution​

We added a bulk submission feature that lets businesses upload multiple invoices to tax authorities with one click, saving time and reducing errors. A real-time compliance check system was also integrated to automatically ensure invoices meet current tax regulations, minimizing the risk of penalties. We created a centralized invoicing system where businesses can easily track, organize, and store invoices, making access quick and reducing the chance of losing documents. By automating the invoicing and tax submission process, Sohabil cut down on manual work, saving both time and resources. These changes simplified operations, lowered administrative costs, and helped businesses stay compliant with tax laws.
